AKChalet is divided into two unique accommodations, two independent houses called Akaroa and Akon on three levels. Both present themselves as luxury chalets thanks to the services offered and their distinctiveness, elegant yet rustic furnishings with 5-star service. All this in the intimacy of a private home.
Our Chalets have been designed and built with particular attention to the environment and eco-sustainability, adapting every aspect of the construction to the parameters required to obtain the certification. Discover CasaClima Gold.
The facilities can accommodate up to 12-13 people, thanks to the presence of many bedrooms and loft beds. However, the recommended occupancy is between 8 and 10 persons.
Both are located in Livigno, in Olta Street, in the heart of the town. The nearest ski slope is the new Cassana cableway, 100 m away, and the pedestrian area is only 400 mt away.
By staying in one of our chalets, you will have access to different services included in your booking, such as: private entrance, reserved garage, private wine cellar, laundry room, private ski room, wellness area complete with Turkish bath, emotional shower, Finnish sauna, outdoor wellness area with jacuzzi and massage room. In addition, you can request exclusive additional services to make your stay truly unique.

Yes, of course! Akaroa Chalet and Akon Chalet are equipped with a private Wellness spa with outdoor garden, 90° Finnish sauna, Turkish bath, Whirlpool bath, massage room, counter current swimming pool, emotional showers and outdoor jacuzzi to enjoy in absolute privacy.
Take advantage of the low season offers; from May to July and from September to November it will be possible to book a stay even for a few nights.
AKChalet is unfortunately designed for larger groups, but you can check our availability at “Le Chalet Luxury Apartment”, an exclusive 3-room flat in the centre of Livigno.
To reach our facilities you can choose between different options: car, train or plane. The closest airports are those of Milan and Bergamo for Italy, Zurich for Switzerland and Innsbruck in Austria. Whatever your choice, we can organize the transfer from the airport, or from the station to our chalets.
